Each year, the Winters Chamber of Commerce honors citizens, and a business, that have made significant contributions to the Winters community. We will be awarding for the Winters Citizen of the Year, the Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year, Winters Senior Citizen of the Year, and the recipient of the Theodore Winters Award.
