The Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the 27th annual Earthquake Festival. An area favorite, the Earthquake Festival celebrates the rebuilding of Winters from the devastating earthquake in 1892, and the continued community spirit to make the town great. The festival will begin at 5:00 p.m., and will have an array of children’s activities, local food and wine, and vendors throughout the region. There will be live music on the main stage, with the Time Bandits headlining from 8:00-11:00 p.m. For additional information, you can call the Winters Chamber of Commerce at (530) 795-2329 or email at director@winterschamber.com.
